I have worked with ESR since I was 20 years old, starting in the dish pit then working my way up onto the line. By staying curious and trying to learn as much as I could everyday, I now have earned the role of Head Chef at the newest location of Victor Tavern. I'm excited to take on more of a leadership role and to help build community within the restaurant and our neighborhood.
