Bombo Italian Kitchen - Convention Center, Seattle

Located in Seattle's new Convention Center across from the Paramount Theater, Bombo is a modern Italian kitchen specializing in Italian cuisine crafted with seasonal Pacific Northwest ingredients. Chef Ethan Stowell's trademark house-made pasta and Woodstone oven-baked pizzas are the cornerstones of a service that includes lunch, happy hour, dinner and a late-night menu available at The Bar at Bombo located downstairs from the main space.
