Bagels Done Right, Right Here In Seattle

Andrew Rubinstein started with a love for bagels and the absence of one in Seattle that was reminiscent of the ones he enjoyed on trips to NYC.

In May of 2019, he began bringing his round beauties to the public from the kitchen at Cortina and has been serving them every weekday since through Cortina Café in the second-floor lobby of Two Union Square, downtown Seattle. He's also opened two brick & mortar shops, one in South Lake Union and another in Capitol Hill.
