Chef Ethan Stowell works with the Holland America culinary team to develop menus and recipes that showcase the best of our region — from fresh, sustainably sourced Alaska seafood to handmade pastas and pizzas crafted on board.
Through this partnership, Ethan also joins select sailings for live cooking demos and special guest experiences, sharing his approach to local, seasonal cuisine with guests from around the world. Together, we’re celebrating the Pacific Northwest’s bounty and bringing its spirit of hospitality to the open ocean.
