Join Ethan Stowell Restaurants in celebrating Pride with great cocktails and even greater purpose. All month long, we’re featuring special Pride cocktails at each of our full-service restaurants—and every one is more than just a drink. It’s a show of support, a toast to love and identity, and a direct way to give back to the LGBTQ+ community. With every Pride cocktail sold, a portion of proceeds will be donated to local organizations doing essential work in our communities.

In Western Washington, you'll be lending a helping hand to Gay City - Seattle's LGBTQ+ Center, an organization that tirelessly works to empower and uplift the LGBTQ+ community, promoting acceptance, education, and solidarity. In Spokane, the Spectrum Center Spokane will be the beneficiary, ensuring that individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations have access to vital resources and a supportive network. Finally, in Boise, each cocktail sold will help support The Community Center, which has been providing a safe, supportive space to socialize & build community with other LGBTQIA+ folks since 1983.
