    Making fresh, homemade pasta doesn't have to be hard or intimidating! So join the team at Tavolàta Spokane for a Pasta Class & Dinner, and let our pasta experts teach you all the tips and tricks.

    Class begins at 4 pm, and guests will enjoy a buffet of small bites while they learn about different kinds of hand-rolled pasta and how to make them. The buffet includes options like Bruschetta with wild mushroom & pumpkin seed pesto, Focaccia with taggiasca olives, and Semolina Croquettes with sundried tomato aioli.

    At 6 pm, guests will transition to a three-course from Chef Scott highlighting the pasta you're learning to make. You'll enjoy dishes like the Gnocchetti Sardi with shiitake mushroom, leek, chive, & pecorino; or Triangoli with ricotta, black truffle, parmigiano reggiano, & thyme.

    This fun, simple, and delicious class teaches the art of pasta making, and you'll go home with the pasta you made, a recipe booklet for the pasta dough & dishes, Pumpkin Seed Pesto, Pomodoro Sauce, and select cheeses. Seats are limited, so reserve your spot today!
