How to Cook a Wolf Queen Anne has partnered with Aash Farms to bring you an extraordinary experience – a Farm to Table Dinner thoughtfully curated with wine pairings from Walden Selections!
Aash Farms is a no-till, regenerative farm in Woodinville run by Aashay Savla. Aashay will be in attendance to talk with guests about the mission of Aash Farms to preserve the land and provide nutrient-dense produce to the local community.
Guests will enjoy an exquisite 4-course, vegetarian menu crafted by Chef Robin Posey and paired with natural wines from Walden Selections. The menu features options like Heirloom Tomatoes with burrata, basil, cipollini agrodolce & croutons; Kabocha Squash Agnolotti with amaretto, brown butter, sage & hazelnut; and Mushroom Sugo with polenta, Grana Padana & micro basil.
