Join us for an evening with Fair Isle Brewing at Staple & Fancy!
The Chef's Choice Tasting menu at Staple & Fancy will add a little bit of spice on February 22nd as the team welcomes Fair Isle Brewing to the restaurant. Each course will be paired with one of Fair Isle's farmhouse beers which are created with ingredients farmed and foraged in the Pacific Northwest & fermented with their house cultures.
Full table participation in the Chef's Choice Tasting menu is required for the beer pairings, but not everyone at the table is required to do beer pairings.
