Renowned for their commitment to organic farming since 1971 and crafting wines that reflect the purity and elegance of the Langhe region , G.D. Vajra offers a unique glimpse into the heart of Italian winemaking traditions.​

Chef Justin Kim has curated a multi-course menu designed to complement the nuanced flavors of five exceptional wines from G.D. Vajra. A highlight of the evening will be the acclaimed 'Albe' Barolo, a blend from high-elevation vineyards, known for its vibrant red fruit notes and refined tannins, paired exquisitely with a succulent Coulotte steak.
