For generations, the Pellegrini family, owners of Aia Vecchia, have cultivated grapes in Bolgheri, supplying renowned wineries across the region. In 1996, they took their expertise to the next level, establishing their own winery dedicated to crafting small-lot, high-quality Super Tuscan blends from Bordeaux varieties.

Aia Vecchia has been a beloved staple on ESR wine lists for nearly two decades, and remains one of our most cherished producers from Bolgheri. To celebrate, our talented Chef Justin Kim and the Tavolàta team have created an exquisite four-course menu, each dish perfectly paired to complement these remarkable wines.
