Tavolàta welcomes Tuscany’s revered Poliziano Winery for a Vino Nobile di Montepulciano wine dinner!

Chef Megan Coates will create a family-style menu that showcases these outstanding wines. Winery representative Francesco Carletti, who is the son of Federico Carletti & 2nd generation at Poliziano Winery, will be in attendance to speak about the wines.

“We’ve been selling the Poliziano wines since the early days at Union,” said Sennen David, Executive Wine Director of Ethan Stowell Restaurants. “We’re overjoyed at this opportunity to collaborate with one of the true masters of Vino Nobile.”
