How to Cook a Wolf Queen Anne has partnered with Aash Farms to bring you an extraordinary experience – a Farm to Table Vegetarian Dinner thoughtfully curated with wine pairings from Johan Vineyards!

Aashay Savla of Aash Farms and Kyle Hall of Johan Vineyards will be in attendance to talk with guests about the mission of Aash Farms & Johan Vineyards.

Guests will enjoy an exquisite 4-course menu crafted by Chef Gionata Salemme and paired with wines from Johan Vineyards. The menu features options like Kale Salad with cacio e pepe vinaigrette, pickle cherry & pangrattato; Beet Carpaccio with rhubarb, micro basil & pistacho; and Ricotta Caramelle with mint, parsley, chives, chili, lemon, whey & brown butter crumble.
