Staple & Fancy is where Ethan spends most of his time cooking. Each day, a “chef’s choice” menu is crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients available. Located in Old Ballard in the newly restored Kolstrand building, the restaurant seats up to 40 guests.
Staple & Fancy also has access to a small, private cellar room below the restaurant which can accommodate up to 18 people.
With a name that means to gather around a table, Tavolàta is the perfect choice for larger groups, rehearsal dinners, and corporate events. Located in the Belltown neighborhood, Tavolàta has an urban feel with plenty of space to work with.
Up to 35 people can enjoy semi-private dining on the intimate mezzanine level, or the entire restaurant can accommodate 100 guests for an epic family style meal of fresh, Italian-influenced cuisine.
How to Cook a Wolf has been a huge hit with Queen Anne locals who fill the small space nightly. The menu leans toward small plates and the restaurant seats a maximum of 30 guests.
Anchovies & Olives has received numerous awards including GQ Magazine’s “10 Best New Restaurant’s in America” (2010). The menu is built around seafood with a strong italian influence.
Located in Capitol Hill’s Pike/Pine neighborhood, Anchovies & Olives seats 40 guests comfortably and can accommodate up to 65 people for reception-style events.
